Shiva and the gods lament and moan, iqlu nhI bUJih AlK AByv ] (867-10)til nahee boojheh alakh abhayv. but they do not understand even a tiny bit of the unseen and unknown Lord. pRym Bgiq ijsu Awpy dyie ] (867-10)paraym bhagat jis aapay day-ay. The slanderer of the Saints is thrown down from the skies. sMq kau rwKau Apny jIA nwil ] (867-13)sant ka-o raakha-o apnay jee-a naal. I hold the Saints close to my soul. sMq auDwrau qqiKx qwil ]1] (867-14)sant uDhaara-o tat-khin taal. ||1|| The Saints are saved instantaneously. ||1|| soeI sMqu ij BwvY rwm ] (867-14)so-ee sant je bhaavai raam. He alone is a Saint, who is pleasing to the Lord. sMq goibMd kY eykY kwm ]1] rhwau ] (867-14)sant gobind kai aykai kaam. ||1|| rahaa-o. With each and every breath, He cherishes His Saints. sMq kw doKI rwj qy twil ]2] (867-16)sant kaa dokhee raaj tay taal. ||2|| He takes the power away from the enemies of the Saints. ||2|| sMq kI inMdw krhu n koie ] (867-16)sant kee nindaa karahu na ko-ay. Let no one slander the Saints. jo inMdY iqs kw pqnu hoie ] (867-16)jo nindai tis kaa patan ho-ay. Whoever slanders them, will be destroyed. ijs kau rwKY isrjnhwru ] (867-17)jis ka-o raakhai sirjanhaar. One who is protected by the Creator Lord, JK mwrau sgl sMswru ]3] (867-17)jhakh maara-o sagal sansaar. ||3|| cannot be harmed, no matter how much the whole world may try. ||3|| pRB Apny kw BieAw ibswsu ] (867-17)parabh apnay kaa bha-i-aa bisaas. I place my faith in my God. jIau ipMfu sBu iqs kI rwis ] (867-18)jee-o pind sabh tis kee raas. My soul and body all belong to Him. nwnk kau aupjI prqIiq ] (867-18)naanak ka-o upjee parteet.
